Three of our board members have served 2 consecutive 2-year terms and therefore cannot run again. The positions coming open are Vice President, Treasurer, and At-Large. Each position is for a 2-year term that will begin on January 1.
Elections will be held on Dec. 13-15. Information will be sent out to each resident before-hand via email on how to vote.

A brief description of the responsibilities for each role is below:
All Director positions attend board meetings (generally monthly) and vote to approve motions that control the governance of the HOA - policies, vendors, maintenance projects, allocation and use of funds, etc. Directors might dedicate 1-2 hours per week to the work.
Additional specific duties: - Treasurer: monitors the budget reports (prepared by our limited management company CMA), approves or denies invoices, signs off on tax returns prepared by the accountants, prepares next year's budget - Vice-President: calls and/or chairs meetings if the President is not available - At-Large: handles finite special projects, such as communicating with the city or with attorneys about an issue
